When mailing in a 1040 return, must schedules 1 thru 5 be included?

A client insists on mailing in his return.  Must schedules 1 thru 5 be included with 

the 1040?

Of course you send all forms and schedules that support the figures on the 1040....you Print the Filing Copy, sign and mail it.

And don't forget that you need to add Form 8948 if you are not e-filing.
