Go to the source for the information you need. i.e. website of payer for EIN# or bank for routing# or
computer help for turning off ad blocking.

Additionally, confirm the Dates of the resources you rely on. Someone posted info stating they referred to a 1031 exchange resource dated 2006. Those regulations have changed. Many regulations have changed. Many covid-recovery regulations are/were temporary.
It's one thing to do your own research; it's another to confirm the resource you found is accurate and meaningful and applicable.
