navigating part year state allocation form

I can't seem to change the numbers for allocating income from source state and resident state for the years in question,  , When  insert numbers on one line, it drops down to next line on form  This creates an error. What do I have to do to stop the program from keep dropping to the next line

You need to enter the information on the W-2 and it will carry to the worksheet.
