Trying to redownload 2020, 2019, 2018 of ProSeries Prof. that I lost when computer crashed. I can get to my account information, and in field "what do you want to do", I entered "download prior year....." but nothing happens. I've purchased ProSeries and FAM as far back as 2013 if not earlier. I am in my account's dashboard. There's no place on that screen that shows "downloads"..... it's like the screen just locks up.

This is what I see when I log in and land at my dashboard, if you dont see the link for Previous Years, you may need to call support in the morning.
When you choose Previous Years, you should see this
