My global invoicing doesn't work. I have to go to client specific invoice and choose per form. Any suggestions?

Click on the caution box at the top of the billing.  But you need to do that with each client.

I tried to use Clicking on the caution box at the top of both global billing: i click and the the choice clears from the box.

i've even tried to emiminate the Invoice from printing, but the error still comes up upon review.

Same problem, nothing seems to be working in the billing option at all even after specify on specific client.  Is this just a junk option that will never work?????
