marketing pop up won't stop

I'm getting a constantly reoccurring pop up on pro series 2024. " Would you like to see what other tax professionals are doing to improve their workflow " ( something to that effect) Then under that message are 3 clickable boxes" no thanks" "ask me later"  " take tour" ( of not , there is no box to check to make this not show again). I have clicked each of these buttons at different times to make this stop, even taking the marketing tour won't stop the pop up from reoccurring. This is for sure not helping my work flow and is really starting to piss me off. I was even told by support that a " repair updates" which took about 40 mins to complete would fix this , but to no avail.

I havent seen this popup at all.

@IntuitGabi is this something related to ProSeries or some other Intuit product that's creating it?

@Just-Lisa-Now- From what I've learned, some pop-ups are shared with everyone and some only show for specific groups of users.
