Make a complaint or request an option to Proseries

How do I make a complaint about the software or ask for an option to be added?

They gave us the Idea Exchange for suggestions....once an idea has enough "votes" they consider implementing the idea.

Theres no official place to complain about anything.

Thanks Lisa. I think it is past time that we bombard them with a request to make our Homebase column options transferable each year.  Anybody with me?

Post it in the Enhancements section and watch the votes.

The Option has been suggested in the Program section, voted on, commented on, and implemented. Here:
