I've been unable to log into ProConnect when I go to start up my ProSeries Basic program. The window comes up where I would normally log into Intuit to start the software, but the window is blank. I'm on hold with customer support now, but I don't know what else to do.

Yes, several times over the past few days since it started. I was able to get on Saturday or Sunday, but not since.
I having the same it with my web bowers not sure if it my bowers or not but.
Ive never used PTO, but since it's web based, Id recommend clearing out your browser temporary internet files, history, cookies etc and start from fresh, or maybe trying a different browser?
Nobody from Intuit is here on weekends and support doesnt open until 6am Pacific on Monday.
