Did you ever notice the same Qs get posted repetitively? When I have a Q, step 2 tells me to Check for Similar Qs. That must be missing for many people

Folks - Look around.

Top 3:  a)  Sales Tax issue with Itemized Deductions.  That's been reported here for a month.

b)  K-1 Letters printing extra pages

c)  Complaints about lack of Cust Service

d)  Misc Itemized Deduction

These are old issues.  The only new Q on these topics should be WHEN WILL INTUIT FIX THIS OLD PROBLEM.

Do not get me started on my other peeve:  'paid professionals' doing basic TCJA research here instead of continuing ed:  Where are my Misc Itemized Deductions?

Once ProSeries institutes an IQ test to buy their software, all of these issues will be taken care of.

You also need to choose which version/year of the software you're using and many people just put a generic Proseries….is there some other route to go to ask a question that avoids all these helpful things,  so people never see them?
