I keep getting an error message when trying to e-file a Kentucky return with an electronic payment. It keeps saying the debit date must be equal to the system date (today) for returns due 7/15/2020. It's like the 2020 software has not been updated to the new due dates. Has anyone else experienced this?
I shouldn't have to put a debit date of today for a 2020 payment since it's not due until 4/15/2021.

Sounds like the same programmer (not) at work that did the "no direct deposit since you are filing after 11/30/20"
Are you preparing a 2020 return which will be due 04/15/2021 or a 2019 that was due 07/15/2020?
You mentioned due 07/15/2020 and then refer to the 2020 software
I am preparing a 2020 return that is due 4/15/2021.

Probably have to wait for an update before efiling that return
