I have solar tax credit carry over and I have passive income. Why credit does not reduces my tax liability?

It shows you're using ProSeries Professional...have you followed the money through the tax return to understand how the deduction works?

If you are not using a Professional tax program you may be better suited asking your question in the TurboTax forum.
