Good afternoon,
I have a client you is a non-resident of the state of Maryland, however, taxes were withheld by her employer. I have indicated her status, as I have always done, on the client information page, but a resident form for the state of Maryland appears and not the non-resident form. Is this a system issue that needs correction? How should I report this?

I see that hapen from time to time and I have to go into the state inforamtion worksheet and check the non resident box.
