Typically, in the Federal Final Review any form that transferred over from prior years that does not have an amount entered for the current year will show up in the final review as an error. I'm only getting that on "some" forms and not all forms. I had a client with a 1099-R that it did not show there was nothing entered.

A blank 1099R worksheet wont flag as an error, I dont think it ever has.
