Is FAM available for 2025? I am only showing it as available for purchase and it is already supposed to be included in the ProSeries Professional that I already paid for. Am I missing something?

FAM is one of the most important reasons that I stay with ProSeries. The Personal Property reports are worth the price alone.  I have it as part of my Auto Renewal. I have not tried to download it for the 25 tax year yet.  But I have not tried to download ProSeries yet either.   Transferring files at the current version of the program, is begging for disaster!

Normally has to be purchased separate. If you think it should have been included in a package you purchased you need to call support

Its not included with Professional, its a separate purchase.   Do you really need a separate asset management program?  ProSeries keeps track of assets pretty well.

FAM is included as a freebie in the ProSeries Power Tax Library.  I have never used it so I have never downloaded it but has been there for years.  But back to the original question, it typically isn't ready this early in the year.

Agreed, the reports are great and I also use them for my states' personal property tax returns, along with needing separate schedules for book basis for financial statements. I also have on auto renew the Power Tax Lite which says in the description it includes FAM. I suspect the actual program just isn't ready for download at this time which is why it isn't showing in my items for downloads

I bet they are doing a bunch of changes/updates because of OBBBA!   well, I wouldn't bet a whole lot, but it sounded like a good statement!   😂

It was in Power Tax Lite, when I bought that.  Got to doing too many other state's tax returns, so had to change my subscription.

@dsboggs Thanks for posting in the Community. It’s nice to see you here. The 2025  ProSeries FAM went live to customers on december 4th and looks to be included in ProSeries Plus and Advanced packages, as a standalone software or Included in PowerTax Library and PowerTax Lite (@IRonMaN mentioned this). If you have one of those packages or one of the other options but still are not seeing it available for download, we recommend reaching out to ProSeries Support so they can take a closer look with you.

I was just on phone with Intuit support and they said 2025 Fixed Asset Manager in NOT available for download.   On my portal it says Buy Now but I have Power Tax Library so it should be included.  Is there someone I can contact directly to get this corrected.
