I electronically filed a client's return on July 15th, and instructed the IRS to draft his bank account for the balance due, which they did, but the Form 9325 generated indicates the IRS did not accept the request to draft the balance due?? Why?

Saw several of these the last few years, it's some kind of glitch. Im not sure we ever saw anything about why it happens, or if it's on Intuits end or something the bank bounces back incorrectly.
Seems random, not all returns. I just call the EFW phone number and verify if it was received or not when I see that box checked on the 9325, they've all gone through.
