IRA contributions & RMD

If a person is age 75, receiving RMD, and is still working receiving a W-2 each year, and he still contribute to that IRA each year?

IRA contributions after age 70½

For 2020 and later, there is no age limit on making regular contributions to traditional or Roth IRAs.

Federal - OK to make the IRA contribution (see the links the other folks provided..).

CAVEAT tho - the State may not conform (CA doesn't...)
