I cannot get to the 2nd K1 to enter the information. Have tried the page down and the tab solutions offered to no avail. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Tried calling support and get "your call cannot be completed at this time..."

You must be in 1065 program since 1120S K1 worksheet has two shareholder entry worksheets on the screen. Page Down should work but since it's not try going to the very bottom right of the entry box and click on the Down arrow. That definitely will take you to the next Partner Entry screen.
Page down (or just hitting enter over and over) gets you down to the next partner worksheet, then once youve got the second SSN entered the error on the first one goes away.
