    Just wondering if this is a legitimate update? It was forwarded from an unused email. Seems fishy

    Since proseries isn't capitalized and they call the other software "Quickbooks tax and Accounting System", I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

    I read elsewhere that it is apparently not legitimate and it is apparently a scam and therefore I would not open it up.

    The email looked even more legitimate as it came from support@intuitconnects.com. I copy and pasted it, but the email format lost a little bit with the copy and paste in the thread.

    Do you really think this will be useful for tax prep:

    More Efficient Inventory Viewing System

    I logged into the Developer's resources for you and there is nothing like that described for us or our clients, that would need to be done. Further, I've never seen anything named like that. The resources there include Lacerte SDK (software developer's kit) and resources, and I checked this specifically and the QB Online stuff.

    I declare it bogus, and stay away. Don't click, call or download.
