I know that by now I would have printed out the Fido and started direct keyboard input.  You can attach a summary for large number of transactions for Schedule D.

You need to read  - Instructions for Schedule D, page D-11, Column 3,  starts Line 1a-8a Transactions not reported on Form 8949.      It's not as complicated as you think.   I have client with 50+ pgs 1099-B.  I use this method.      Give up on your Import Function Fido for this year.   Make it a priority this fall to make it work for next year.
