Why is this form always so late to be updated by ProSeries? February 18, seriously? That is one week before the farmer due date and I have lots of S Corporations that have farmer shareholders. By the time the return is printed, reviewed, and sent out, some shareholders won't receive their K-1 until after the farmer due date. Before some of you say just issue the K-1's separately, I realize that is an option. But why should I have to spend extra time with the printing, review, processing, etc. of the K-1's separately. Our time is so very limited this time of year and it is much faster to just wrap up everything at the same time. Come on ProSeries, issue that update sooner than February 18.
