He is 19 and lives with his parents and taking classes through a school but all online to get his high school diploma. Does that count as a full time student for the parents to be able to claim him?

if he lives at home, and income is under $5050 in 2024, and they are paying over half his support they can claim ODC whether  he goes to school or not. If income is over $5050 then your client is a full time student, but they still must provide over half of his support
