Help please, a client buy a new house with solar upgrade, then they claim the credit?
Oh, I have so many questions...
If it's new then why is there an Update or Upgrade?
If they bought the house, then are you certain the builder didn't get the rebate and take credits?
The way the credit works is that the person paying for the solar system, is the one who would then have a potential credit. Buying the house having solar on it already, isn't buying the solar system. It's buying a package. Or, is there a separate charge listed for the solar system?
