    If in PS 2017, when printing tax documents to Brother 3170 CDW printer all I get is lines. Updated my windows 7. Did not help.

    If you print to a PDF and open it onscreen, do you only see lines as well?  If you print that PDF you only get lines?

    Sometimes a simple powering off and restart of the printer cures weird stuff like this too.
