Print Return help

When I originally bought the ProSeries software, I bought the package that included 20 returns. However, when I go to print a return, the software tells me I need to pay per return. How do I indicate to the software that I already have 20 to use before I need to pay for additional returns?

I would try and license the product (Tools at the top of homebase).  If that doesn't work then contact sales.

Agreed.  Top menu bar  Tools> License Product
