I want to create mailing labels of my clients

I am trying to create a list of my clients that shows Name, Address, & phone number for labels and contacting the client.

Im not sure that option is included with  Basic.

Professional you can create mailing labels, not with a phone number though.

Professional has the ability to customize Homebase with the data you want then export it to Excel and do whatever you want with it, Im not sure Basic has that option either though.
