I recently downloaded an update and now it is asking for a electronic filing password before I transmit any returns. does anyone have a fix?

double check your firm/preparer info, did any of it disappear? There is an ERO Efiling PIN in that section.

I saw someone mention a similar issue over in the Facebook ProSeries group, that was last week though, I dont remember seeing the outcome.

Thats the only place I can think of seeing an Efile PIN, in your preparer info, near the bottom Electronic Filing Only: ERO Practitioner PIN

Been with this software for over twenty five years and been on hold for over an hour trying to get help to solve this issue.

I now have this same problem.  What was the fix?
