Searching: "I am having trouble signing on to proseries. I exceeded my attempts. Everything has failed and I don't want to wait until Monday to get into proseries. Try disconnecting wifi, then restart the program, you should see an option to Login Offline...see if you can get in that way, then reconnect to wifi.
