Searching: "I am having trouble signing on to proseries. I exceeded my attempts. Everything has failed and I don't want to wait until Monday to get into proseries. I have reset my password and every time I try to sign in it tells me to wait 15 minutes. I have been waiting 15 minutes for one and half hours please help. Audrey"
