It was an issue way back at the beginning of January that was fixed, but only client returns that were transferred into 2018 AFTER the fix, got fixed. So returns that got transferred into 2018 back in Nov or Dec or even early January, would still have this "transfer bug".
Each year early transferred returns seem to have some kind of odd glitch, its generally best to wait as long as possible to transfer clients into the new year.
