I am having trouble licensing over the Internet. The error that I get is 5-67186407 and I've tried to allow the program through the firewall and trusted sites. No luck.

Our network is detecting that there are certain drops for a different range of IP's that need to be determined to be allowed on our firewall. We've tried to resolve the issue before and were successful but it seems the IP's that are being dropped are random. Please provide a list of IP ranges for us to whitelist so we can start using our ProSeries program. This is a network install running on Windows server 2008, 2012 and 2016.
