sometimes this happens to me where it doesn't detect any printer. Try logging off and restarting your computer.
I had that problem and found that if you save the file as a pdf instead of printing to printer, you can easily print from the pdf. I save each client's tax return as a pdf anyway so it didn't add a step to my processing.
