How do I enter the federal electric vehicle tax credit for TY 2018?

It was a while since I had to enter this, and in addition there has been changes in the legislation. 

Where do I enter the credit for a Chevy Bolt electric vehicle? When my client bought it he received some info about Form 8936, but this form seems to be for years 2012-2013 and 2015-2017. 

Please help

If you look at the 8936 worksheet the dates it displays at the top are not current....seems like another "oops, we forgot to fix it" by Intuit.

the dates on my 8936 is correct, are you looking at two wheel vehicle as they are different than four wheel vehicle
