Ever since April 15th, 2019 I have a federal return that says sent. I cannot get an update and when I click update status, says sent to IRS. What do I do?

I have worked with the client making over 50 calls to IRS asking them to reject the return, but have no success. Does anyone on here know how I can get Pro-Series to request to the IRS a status of the return? Do they actually have live people that will take calls and if so, does anyone have the phone number? I have used pro-series since 2003!

I'm pretty sure that anybody that answers will be a live person. I think they let the dead ones go earlier this year.

    Hi, MaryCoin77,

I noticed your post saying that you have been a ProSeries user since 2003. Any chance you still have a copy of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 ProSeries software either on a disk, or on your laptop, or on backup storage?

I have 2003, 2004 and 2005 tax return files created on ProSeries that I need to open. Intuit no longer supports those years, and I have been unable to figure out any other way to open them.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Neil Cartusciello
