Why can't I print an IL return. It says that it is ready for efile in the updates but when I try to print I get an error message

You will need to uninstall Illinois and then reinstall......their updates got hung up for Illinois somehow but this will cure what ails you.

Thank you for answering the question AGAIN.  I searched the community for answers but I guess I didn't pose my question in a manner that the search could match previously answered questions with mine.  I was able to successfully print the IL return
