I enrolled in the wrong pay by refund, how do i get the right one

from homebase, click on e-file at top, then click pay by refund, click on pay by refund enrollment wizard, and follow directions

I tried that and it says I'm already enrolled

The bank withdrew my application but pro series needs to fix it on their end

Then you'll have to call support.  We are just fellow software users, like you, and can't "fix" anything.
