How to prepare a PDF to go with Form OW-8-P for balance due for the Stateof Oklahoma?

What are you trying to have accompany the OW-8-P on his lovely trip to Oklahoma?

This PDF goes as an attachment to Form 511  Individual Income Tax Return  (for electronic filing) otherwise by mail

But what are you trying to attach?  Are you having trouble creating a pdf or are you having trouble figuring out how to attach it?  Sorry I wasn't helpful trying to be helpful.

I called PS support about this since none of the previous community requests were appropriately answered.  PS says the OK OW-8-P is a state issued worksheet (emphasis) therefore it is not eligible for e-filing and must be attached.  The error message should disclose this is a State of OK requirement (not a PS shortfall) so I thought I'd let others know and save the hassle of calling support.

Thanks for the response.  I believe that must be true for this year as well.  I can't clear the Oklahoma return because of the same issue.
