Your firm information needs to match the firm information IRS has on file for your EFIN.
You need to make changes through your E-Services account and print out your EFIN application summary and send that to Intuit (you can do that through you Online Intuit Account) so they can update the EFIN/firm info in your licensing, once they do that, you can relicensing your product (theres a menu options for that in Tools)....you cant make changes to the firm info yourself.

What if you do not use EFIN or file returns electronically, and are NOT a paid preparer?
Why doesn't the program allow your print Self-Prepared returns?
