    Code F means Long Term with Basis not reported to IRS, so that seems appropriate, yes.

    Sch D just like any sale of investment.    Use the 1099B worksheet, just scroll down past the brokerage info to the entry table.

    Thanks Lisa - I entered this on Schedule D using the 1099B worksheet even though the info came from form 1099-S. I used code F to record the transaction. Does this sound right?
