How do I print the client tax questionnaire to send out in advance of preparing return?

That is entirely up to you. 

You NEED to ask your clients a number of questions in order to prepare an accurate tax return.  The tax questionnaire may be able to help you ask those questions.   Personally, I have my own questionnaire that I require my clients to fill out, which includes some state-specific questions.

But you are a little light on details.  Do you have the organizer downloaded?  What happens when you try to print?
