I don't think there's a spot for an EIN on a rental property...is it an SMLLC? SMLLCs are disregarded entitles for tax purposes, you don't need to enter an EIN, its reported the same as any other rental on the federal return. I think there's a box near the top of Sch E that you check if its an SMLLC.
Now if you're in a state that has a separate LLC return that needs to be filed, you may need to enter it on the state LLC return.
