I have a client who installed solar and he is getting federal and county tax credit. I could get federal credit form but i could not find baltimore county tax credit form to claim the solar credit. When i looked into the baltimore county page, it says the credit falls into Energy Conservation Devices Tax Credit which i could not find in the maryland tax return page. If anyone knows please advise. thank you
