If you want the rest of them to be debited automatically, you can set that up on the 1040ES worksheet, and those will get submitted/scheduled when the return gets filed.
If youre not planning to file the return until later in summer, you can set those ES payments up through IRS DirectPay.
Oddly, IRS will only allow you to schedule payments up to 2 per day, so you wouldnt be able to schedule all 3 of the remaining payments at once at DirectPay, you can schedule 2 of them then come back 24 hours later to schedule the last one.
Is the return already filed?
I have not filed the return but the client mailed the extension today with the tax due and the 1st quarter
