How can I add a local wireless printer on the cloud

ProSeries defaults to my Epson wireless printer, but I am unable to add a second local wireless printer. 

I go through the normal "add a printer" process, my Brother is not listed and can't be found.

Both? A wireless printer "on the cloud" means you either are printing to a virtual address, or do you want to print to that printer the same as if it is local, and through the WiFi, and ignoring it can be reached from the cloud?

In Windows, you can add a printer to your system. Also, while there (in Settings > Devices > Printers) scroll down to find the box for Let Windows Manage My Default Printer. Make sure this is not checkmarked. You want to be able to use the option in the software to select and manage the printers.
