I moved my client files to a different folder and ran homebase tuneup and database maintenance. Homebase still shows the client files in the old folder. Old folder has been renamed, so files are still in original folder.

For clarification, do you have ProSeries TY19 or TY20?
I had to do this once upon a time and it wasn’t pretty. I think i made a copy of the data file in another directory, then went to home base and client maintenance and deleted all of them. This should result in an empty home base.
Then copy all files back to the correct folder and run database maintenance. Keep your fingers crossed
