I use a dummy Sch C with the net profit of the rental as income, then print it and keep it in the file, I enter the OIH exp in Other Expenses on Sch E.
Dont forget to delete the dummy Sch C.

Is it 100% exclusively devoted to the schedule e-rental operation? Read up on home office rules they are strict.
I allocate by sq ft and enter home office expenses on the Sch E Line 19e with the highest income
