I have been a Pro Series customer since 1994 and certainly appreciate all improvements made to the over the years. One tool I use to manage both Personal and Business tax returns is a Home Base customized view "All Tax Returns" to assign tax returns to my staff and most importantly check the status of each tax return. I just got off the phone with Support and we both discovered that the only view that can be not be customized is the "All Tax Returns" view. Imagine my disappointment at losing such an important management tool!!
Any one else share my disappointment?

Could you please clarify what customization you want to do with "All Tax Returns" view? For ProSeries 2020, you can customize the view by dragging the column to any order as you wish.
