How do I print homebase from proseries professional if "print homebase" is not an option in the print menu?

"Highlight" homebase and then hit the print button.

Did this but the print button with the H on it is still grayed out for one of the preparers in our office.  Other preparer has no problem with printing homebase.

While printing the HomeBase View is an option in ProSeries Professional, its not an option when working with ProSeries Basic version.
