HELP, It states duplicate in efile files

Please help, I filed a couple together than separated them, which was a better choice.   I deleted the joint file and kept the separated ones.  The husbands wen through fine with no glitch.  The wifes state there's another retuirn with the same taxpayer ssn is present in the ef view.. do you want to continue?   Whats this mean?  is there anything special i'm to do?

if youre using the MFS files, then go back to the joint one and uncheck the EF boxes for Fed and state, be sure to switch over to the state return before exiting/saving.

In the Wife's file, verify her SSN shows as 'taxpayer' and not husbands SSN.
