Hi I am running Windows 10 on two different machines. One prints fine. The other, my laptop, only XPS Print Error page. Both machines are connected to the same printer Printer is installed and work fine with all other programs. Test page from Proseries prints fine. Only customer file will not print

Does it not print at all? Does it give an error?
As a temporary work-around, you may want to create a PDF, then print the PDF.
