    Im having a hard time downloading 2019 to this computer i go to my dashboard you cannot download anything I have another computer that has lost 2017 2018 common files

    Have you tried downloading from the 2018 program?  (click help > download next year's product)

    due to a hard disk failure, I have to install on another computer. I am trying to install 2019 program . 2018 is already installed . I received the message We were unable to install ,Try again later.

    Did you try again later?  Did you reboot your computer in between tries?
